Job opportunity at Fairlawn:
Wanted: Sunday Custodian
(beginning
September 2010)
Responsible for security, cleaning
and maintenance of this busy building every Sunday, approx.
1:30-8:30 pm. Duties include building security, custodial work for
the Yae Dalm congregation, thorough cleaning of the building and all
set ups in preparation for Monday. Must be experienced,
self-motivated and reliable. Please send resume and cover letter to

Our facility
- We manage, support, and maintain over
30,000 sq ft in this facility with over 25 offices, classrooms, and
meeting rooms.
- More than 40 classes and meetings are held
in our building each week.
- Many
community groups use the Church facility, in addition to the
Fairlawn Neighbourhood Centre.
- We nurture and support over 120 children
in our Sunday School program.
- Several hundred people pass through our
doors and make use of our facility every day.

Christian Resource Centre is
looking for the following items for Regent Park
Current and specific needs
Things we need on a regular
basis

small TV's with remotes

DVD players or VCR's with
remote, if possible

small kitchen appliances
(coffee maker, kettle, toaster, small microwave, etc.)

dishes, pots & pans, cutlery,
kitchen utensils

lamps (table lamps and floor
lamps)

sheet sets (e.g., "bed in a
bag" including 2 sheets, pillow case, pillow, blanket)
-
towels
-
street clothing (in-season
only)
-
running shoes, construction
boots
Everything we collect needs to be clean, and in good
working order.
If you are in the Lawrence Park area, or south, Carolyn Clark
would be glad to pick up articles on her way to Regent Park.
