we ...
- Work to secure the release of a prisoner of
conscience.
- Send urgent appeals to governments around the
world on behalf of individuals who are in grave danger.
- Participate in a Regional Action Network to
improve human rights in a specific area of the world.
- Work to eradicate torture and the death penalty.
- Raise funds for our human rights work.
When and Where ...
Group 65 meets the first Tuesday evening of each month
at 7:00 pm. (except in the summer) at Fairlawn Avenue United Church, 28 Fairlawn
Avenue.
Enter through the doors of the church annex (new section) which faces on to
Fairlawn Avenue.
