Amnesty International

Group 65

As members of Amnesty International Group 65, we ...
  • Work to secure the release of a prisoner of conscience.
  • Send urgent appeals to governments around the world on behalf of individuals who are in grave danger.
  • Participate in a Regional Action Network to improve human rights in a specific area of the world.
  • Work to eradicate torture and the death penalty.
  • Raise funds for our human rights work.

When and Where ...

Group 65 meets the first Tuesday evening of each month at 7:00 pm. (except in the summer) at Fairlawn Avenue United Church, 28 Fairlawn Avenue.
Enter through the doors of the church annex (new section) which faces on to Fairlawn Avenue.
