One of the functions of the Ministry and
Personnel Committee is to provide a way for you, the congregation, to give
feedback or suggestions for change & improvement which will be sent to staff or
volunteers on committees. We began the comment card system
in April 2004.
Here is a sampling of topics you have raised
so far: building too hot in winter; more Gospel music;
faster hymns; cushion pews; informality in Worship service; sound system
improvement; safety and accessibility issues.
Your comments have been directed to the Executive, Property
or Worship Council where appropriate. Confidential matters
are handled by M & P.
Blank Comment Cards are provided at the rear of the
sanctuary. Please feel free to use them and place them in
the locked box that is located on the west table. We would
ask you to sign the card should we need to contact you directly.
Alternatively, you may provide your feedback on our
Contact Us feedback form. These will be
received by the church administrator and forwarded to the appropriate Council or
Committee chair. We would like you to provide your name and contact information
so that we can respond to your questions or issues;
however, if you leave this blank, the feedback will be totally anonymous.
Your comments are appreciated. They
help bring issues to light and direct the focus of discussions and activities.
