Gift Card Fundraiser

Here's your chance to make money for Fairlawn, at no extra cost to you, every time you use one of the gift cards. The gift cards are sold to Fairlawn at a discount. You buy the gift card for face value and redeem it for full value. Fairlawn keeps the difference as fundraising revenue.

These cards are not just for gifts. Use them yourself, to allow the fundraising portion to go to Fairlawn, and spend them like cash for your groceries, prescription drugs, household furnishings, clothes, etc. (see the order form for a list of retailers)

Read the Introductory Letter
Print and bring in the Order Form PDF -- or -- Type and email the Order Form Excel document)
- include your contact information
- select one or more of the 60+ retailers
- indicate number of cards for each retailer, and at what denomination
- calculate the total $ amount
- attach a cheque payable to Fairlawn Avenue United Church
Send the Order Form and Cheque to the church office, or deliver it at Coffee Hour on Sunday
- Or, email the filled-in Order Form to allanhux@gmail.com AND deliver your cheque as above
Pick up your cards at the church office within 2-4 business days
Spend the gift card as if it were cash
