activity during the coffee hour
Display tables should be booked through the Church Office prior to
Wednesday. Send an Email to Marilyn in the church office
marilyn@fairlawnavenueunited.ca or phone 416 481 6848
Information about displays and activities should be listed in the
Bulletin. Submit Bulletin information to the church office
janet@fairlawnavenueunited.ca
for Janet
by noon on the Wednesday preceding the Sunday service.
Tables should be arranged at the north end of the hall near the stage
The padded dividers could be used as backdrops
Signs should be provided by the exhibitors and pinned to the dividers
Active solicitation throughout the hall and announcements is discouraged
Displays must tie in directly with the life of the church
Network will monitor the situation and work closely with the Office
Administrator
