Fairlawn welcomes our new Minister, Rev.
Stephen Iverson, and his family. The
ministry search committee is delighted to be able to announce that the Reverend
Stephen Iverson will be our Minister of
Worship and Adult Education for the year commencing September 1, 2009.
Rev. Iverson’s most recent appointment was with St. Paul 's United in Oakville
and he was previously 5 years at Bloordale United in Etobicoke. He served before
that in the London, Ontario area.
A native of Ontario, Stephen moved west to Regina at an early age with his
family. (Some of you may recognize the name: Stephen’s father is the Reverend
David Iverson, now retired.) Stephen’s higher education took him first to
Laurentian University in Sudbury and later to University of Toronto. We welcome
him and his family to our community.
